The Angel Letter

 

The angel awoke from within the waking dream of the light of the daytime. She stretched her feathery wings and projected her mind to the next point of thought, then took a deep breath and exhaled herself into a new reality. She took flight to a new point in time and space through which she could project her magnificence.

 

The predawn of the forest was silent, still and peaceful. The Angel stood alone, at One with Nature, frozen in a  state of wonderment. Floating within the the light, she willed herself to breathe gently to maintain the position of her projected beauty for a few seconds longer. Then the dawn’s awakening light brought her attention to the sun’s rays as they began to glimmer through the forest canopy, and the the angel’s thoughts began to dance with the possibilities of what was yet to come.

 

Soon a fine rain appeared and prismed into crystalline threads of rainbow sunlight. The Angel focussed her thoughts and breathed herself into the rainbow of the sun where she became One with the misty drops of rainbow light and danced from colour to colour until the rainbow disappeared and she was no longer.

 

The Angel awoke dreamy and rose up from within the golden light of her heart’s desire and breathed out once again. Unfocussed in her thoughts, the angel arrived in the dark of an unknown destination of light. She waited to determine her position and found she could not, so she breathed herself to become One with the unknown light of the darkness, where she discovered instantly that she became known by the light once again.
